EVENT SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE
GOVERNING RULES, REGULATIONS, AND POLICIES
1. Acceptance of sponsorship / exhibition application will be subject to the Organizing Committee’s (OC) approval.
2. Allocation of booth will be on first come first serve basis.
3. Production costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the sponsor.
4. Refunds or discounts do not apply for facilities not used or required.
5. All amounts stated are inclusive of SST.
6. Should the exhibition floor plan require expansion or retraction, the Committee has the right to make the necessary
changes.
7. Exhibiting companies are required to submit Function Items Delivery and Removal Form provided by SME Corp
Malaysia no later than July 15, 2019 (Monday).

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Organising Committee addressed to the Committee Secretariat. Unless space is re-sold, then no refunds will be made. If payment for the exhibition booth space is not received by the due date the Organising Committee (OC) reserves the right to cancel the allocated booth space.
